We are a Department of Conservation approved operator. We also support a variety of conservation efforts world-wide and on Banks Peninsula, including Hinewai Reserve and The Banks Peninsula Conservation Trust.

Tony Muir

Tony has been exploring the waters around the Peninsula since the 1960s.
He commercially crayfished in the 1990s here. He loves diving, fishing, kayaking and boating in and around this amazing coastline and can take you to some really special spots.  He'll entertain you with his stories and share his enthusiasm for this wonderful place.

Cynthia Muir (with Arjee)

Cynthia joined Tony here during the 1990s from Hawaii.  She shares her delight with animals through her oil paintings and working with captive animals, such as the New Zealand alpine parrot the kea.
